Priority Support Plus
Priority Support Plus is the innovative
services program introduced by Software Sources in 1992. Since the
Program’s inception, more than sixty companies have effectively
utilized its unique concept in full service support for mission
critical systems. Initially, the Program provided cost-effective
expert help, advice and services Monday through Friday, 8am to 8pm.
Based on its success and customer demand, in 1996 the hours of
operation for Priority Services Plus were expanded to optionally
include 24 hours a day, 7 days a-week coverage. This unique Program
has allowed our clients to substantially reduce support overhead and
problem resolution time.
Our Priority Services Plus Program is designed to
assist you and your staff in resolving system or application problems.
We help solve technical issues with dial-up access to your own
systems, which greatly speeds problem resolution. Additionally, unused
support time is carried over and/or applied to training, consulting,
enhancements, migration assistance, legacy enrichment and a variety of
